Watch Us Mix It Up for Red and White Week:
The Tuffy-Tini Cocktail 🐺
INGREDIENTS

Vodka
-
Pomegranate Juice
-
Simple Syrup*
-
1 can whole Lychees in syrup
-
Jar of Maraschino cherries
-
Garnish skewers
-
Club Soda or Ginger Beer (for n/a version)
PROCEDURE
In a cocktail shaker combine:

1.5 oz Vodka
-
1 oz Pomegranate Juice
-
.5oz Simple Syrup
-
.25oz Lychee Syrup from the can
-
Add 1 scoop of ice
-
Shake vigorously
-
Place waterproof/foodsafe LED light in bottom of martini glass
-
With shaker strainer on shaker and mesh strainer over the glass, double strain into the martini glass
-
Add skewered lychee & maraschino cherry garnish
NON-ALCOHOL VERSION
In a cocktail shaker combine:
-
2 oz Pomegranate Juice
-
.25oz Simple Syrup
-
1 oz Lychee Syrup from the can
-
Add 1 scoop of ice
-
Shake vigorously
-
Place waterproof/foodsafe LED light in bottom of a collins glass
-
With shaker strainer on shaker and mesh strainer over the glass, double strain into the collins glass
-
Add skewered lychee & maraschino cherry garnish
*Simple Syrup – dissolve equal parts sugar and water over low heat and then let cool.
